If you’re looking for a very silly comedy Christmas film, check out The Biscuit Poltergeists which is available on YouTube throughout December before we take it down to edit it a little more.
We were all really excited to watch it on the big screen at our local cinema Silver Screen Folkestone last week as part of Folkestone Living Advent Calendar when we were door number 15. It was so difficult keeping it secret beforehand. We were unsure how many people would turn up on such a cold night but the cinema was packed with around 200 people. A big thank you to everyone who braved the cold and came along.
The feedback was great and the film particularly resonated with children and teenagers in terms of the silliness factor.
I’ve uploaded the trailer (excuse the spelling mistake of poltergeists in the last section). The updated one was too big a file for Substack. You can find the film here.
The film is the third in the series and follows inept reporter Paton Patel investigating two poltergeists haunting a mother and her son. Can Paton help the poltergeists find peace or will be they wreak revenge on the world’s top biscuit expert Dr Garibaldi?
